Let’s talk about one of the most hated things when it comes to weight! That number on the scale is one of the hardest things to accept. I know for me throughout my journey I’ve struggled with being weighed. It’s like you’re putting in all this hard work. You eat right, go to the gym at least 4 times a week, dropping dress sizes but that number can still have an effect on you. The last time that I step on the scale I was so frustrated because after losing a big significant amount of weight I’m still not where I want to be. But what has helped me through out this journey is my trainer and being inspired by other people’s journeys and struggles. Which is why I started this blog to share that I too struggle with what everyone else does! So to hell with the scale! As long as you continue to see the results that’s all that matters! As long as you’re healthy that’s all that matters! We are more than just a number ❤️
