So let’s talk about setting goals! I always set goals! I have long term and short term goals (thanks Steve Harvey lol). When I started this weight loss journey I started with 5 short term goals. Those goals were to lose 50 pounds, eat better, tone my arms, flatten my stomach and drop down to a size 16/18. So almost a year later I’ve have done all but tone my arms (even though they are significantly smaller) and get to the dress size I wanted. As I continue my journey I have set new goals. My ultimate goal is to get down to 200 pounds. In due time I know I will reach my goal but I have to trust my trainer as well as myself. I want to encourage everyone to set some type of goal whether is to lose 10 pounds or 10 inches. Start small and watch how you will be amazed and ready to strive for bigger and better!
