In everything we do there is usually something or someone that has or is currently motivating us. What motivates me on this journey to lose weight? My results! In the beginning it was super hard because this was a major lifestyle change. I used to watch my 600 pound life and constantly tell myself I would never get like that but I knew I had to make a decision to change. I would see women on this show discussing how they gained weight while pregnant and struggled to lose it. Although I currently don’t have children, I plan to one day. I told myself I’m going to be that pregnant lady in the gym lol! My thoughts were if I start losing weight and eating healthy now when that time comes I’ll be ready! What it all boils down to is you finding what motivates you!
